KNS Reps
Title:Outdoor Sales Associate for Rocky Mountain Territory.
Reporting to:
Scott Sutton and Kirk Haskell
Job Objective:
Responsible for sales and service of the dealer base within
KNS Reps territory, which includes working within the KNS Reps team for the
achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account
goals while maintaining company vision and values.
Job Requirements:

- Must reside in Utah *
- Valid driver’s License, good driving record*
- 2-5 years’ of sales experience in Outdoor Industry*
- Must be Rock Climber and Skier, with experience in Backcountry Ski *
- Ability to
effectively interact with customers

- Basic
merchandising skills

- Computer and
Communication skills: experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as
Social Marketing. Knowledge of Smart Phone technology and Skype conferencing.

travel 100 + Days a year with flexible schedule
*Mandatory Requirements *
Responsibilities:
·
- Generate sales revenue;
provide service of existing dealer base, and open new accounts within the
territory.
·Initiate in store
/phone inventory management (count and fill).
·
- Schedule and
conduct technical sales training (Clinics) for dealer sales staff.
- ·Attend appropriate
industry trade shows, regional shows, previews and demos.
- ·Maintain accurate
records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls,
presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities.
- ·Assist in the
implementation of company marketing plans as needed. IE: Website updates, Swag,
social marketing etc.
