We are looking for a Full Time Manager to join our team here at Ski Country Outdoors!

Job Description:

=         Ski Country Outdoors is located in the LoSo neighborhood of the Uptown Charlotte. Charlotte is home to a vibrant outdoor community with many top-rated recreational activities & destinations, restaurants, breweries, music, and arts scene. With Charlotte being centrally located in NC it is surrounded by several lakes & rivers as well as only being 2-3 hours from the mountains and the beach. It makes for a perfect melting pot of outdoor enthusiests whom also enjoy the luxuries of being in the city.

Responsibilities:

=         The Manager is a critical leader in the store developing and motivating seasonal sales teams to directly impact Ski Country Outdoors organizational goals.

=         The Manager will work along side two other managers to ensure high quality customer service, and maintain a well organized sales floor, stock room, and repair shop.  

=     

=         Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

=         Applicants should possess full day to day ski shop, service, and rental operational knowledge.

=         Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

=         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

=         Excellent written and communication skills

=         Strong leadership qualities
