Job Description & Requirements
Kittredge Sports in Mammoth Lakes California the premier Ski & Sport Shop in Mammoth and unrivaled repair shop. We are seeking qualified Repair Shop Technicians to fill 2 positions for the winter of 19/20.
These jobs pay hourly plus commission for all customer work done and can average in the high $30 per hour for an experienced technician. Some other benefits may apply depending on experience. You will be working alongside veteran, experienced tech’s that have been at the shop for years.
We are willing to do some training on machine use but experience in Mounting of skis, Tuning of skis and tuning of snowboards is a must. Past experience with Montana and Wintersteiger machines is a plus. Currently we have the latest technology in the Montana Snow Star stone grinder and the Wintersteiger Trim Jet Racing edger. Other machinery in the store include a custom hot box, Montana binding machine, Montana P-Tex Master and other machines.
This job requires a personable and positive attitude with customers, problem solving with equipment issues that customers have during their vacation and experience with older equipment along with new equipment. Binding certifications will take place once employed.

Ski & Snowboard Boot Fitting Technician
Kittredge Sports in Mammoth Lakes California the premier Ski & Sport Shop in Mammoth with a large selection of Recreational and Race equipment available. We are seeking qualified boot fitting Technicians to fill 2 positions for the winter of 19/20.
These jobs pay hourly based on experience and may have some other benefits depending on experience. You will be working alongside veteran, experienced tech’s that have been at the shop for years and have a vast amount of experience. We offer many different types of foot beds to accommodate the customer needs along with a large boot selection.
We are willing to do some training but experience in boot fitting and making of foot beds is a plus. Past sales and technical experience in ski equipment are also a plus. We are known as a high-end store and sell what best fits the customers’ needs from the beginner to the seasoned Racer.
Currently we have the latest technology in our Repair shop and a separate boot fitting shop with all the tools and machines for the jobs. Other machinery in the store include a custom hot box for skis, Montana and Wintersteiger tuning machines.
